I use design thinking strategy to help clients realise ideas that drive the success of their business. I work on bringing departments together with horizontal solutions through a comprehensive framework that is grounded in digital experiences. My main goal is to reduce the learning curve in digital adoption when the area is relatively new for the company or if desired changes within a company seem too difficult to integrate into day-to-day work.
