Beatriz Ribeiro Mogas

I am a fast learner, I quickly adapt to different tasks and tools. I finished Science and Tehcnology high school with an average of17,1/20 and finished Classical Guitar course with 16/20 at the local music Conservatory. Handling two schools at once was an excellent opportunity to develop multitasking and learning skills. After finishing high school I completed one year of a bachelor in Mathematics but I stopped to find a job. Since then I've been a cashier at a supermarket and then I found a Technical Support Phone Advisor Role at Concentrix. It was a great job, I loved helping customers with hardware, software and management issues, not only due to it's helping nature but also the troubleshooting. I loved that each call was a different problem to solve with a different person to help out!
