I am a supply chain and international logistics professional with more than 15 years of experience in import and export operations, logistics management, and global trade, with a strong focus on the oil and gas and energy sectors. Throughout my career, I have worked across the full logistics and supply chain cycle, from strategic planning and procurement support to operational execution, customs clearance, and final delivery, always ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost control.

My professional background includes extensive experience with international trade regulations, customs regimes, and documentation, such as import and export processes, customs clearance, temporary admission and special regimes, INCOTERMS, freight contracts, and coordination with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. I have handled air, sea, and road transportation, including project cargo, oversized and heavy-lift shipments, charter operations, break bulk, and special containers, ensuring alignment between operational constraints, deadlines, and budget targets.

I have strong analytical and organizational skills, which allow me to manage complex logistics flows, monitor KPIs, and develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making. My experience includes freight negotiation, cost analysis, supplier performance evaluation, lead time optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs and increasing operational efficiency. I am also highly familiar with ERP systems, particularly SAP (MM module), as well as customs and logistics systems such as SISCOMEX, Portal Único, MANTRA, MERCANTE, and SISCARGA.

In addition to my technical expertise, I am known for my ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. I regularly act as a bridge between procurement, logistics, finance, suppliers, and service providers, translating operational data into practical solutions and aligning logistics execution with business strategy.
