My versatile professional background within management and assistant positions has perfected skills regarding business administration and diary management.

In my joint capacities as a self-employed report writing assistant and Clean & Proud non-profit Co-Founder, time management has been key to making sure the project and my own schedules are well managed; meetings are attended on perfect time; general enquiries from customers, suppliers and employees are responded to promptly and efficiently; assistance in report writing is given. I know how to conduct the administrative tasks needed to run an effective project and business such as general accounting and customer care. Working in secluded environments within developing countries has taught me to be even more organised and well prepared to overcome supply shortages, power blackouts and distance to hospitals, shops and general services. Finally, throughout my professional career as an environmental technician, a manager and a report writing assistant, inputting data; drafting letters, emails and reports; preparing documentation for meetings and proposals has been essential to fulfil duties.

Having now trained a fully operational manager for Clean & Proud non-profit, my position as a Co-Founder no longer demands much of my time. The self-employed status I currently hold allows me to have a very flexible schedule and a lot of free time, making me highly adaptable to your schedule needs, unexpected need changes and variable workloads. In addition, I am comfortable working remotely for individual clients with whom I entertain strong relations to ensure they are fully satisfied with the services I provide to assist them in their report writing.
