I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I am currently a Mall Operations Supervisor where I create and implement programs and activities for the operational excellence of the mall; Increasing customer satisfaction; Handling customer complaints/concerns; Incident Management (requires good problem solving skills); Transport Management and also organizing the mall’s documentations. Before being a Mall Operations Supervisor, I was a Department Head Manager at Mcdonalds, I have handled Customer Experience Department and Food Quality Department.
