I’m a virtual classroom producer and virtual platform expert in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Google Meet, Miro, Mural, Mentimeter and

many others. I’ve had the pleasure of producing virtual sessions, programmes, training courses, webinars and events for a number of

clients and companies.

My role is to collaborate with trainers' and improve their ability to deliver high-quality training by providing the technical support and

seamless application of the platform to conduct and deliver virtual events. Anticipating the needs of the learners and the facilitator is

extremely important to me and I am passionate about creating a welcoming, safe, and professional virtual classroom environment in which

participants can enjoy the experience and learn successfully.

I have 15+ years experience in Training industry, spending a number of years as a Buyer, Training & Office Coordinator. Over the years I

have worked with many trainers in Poland, preparing them to deliver online and hybrid training.
