I recently graduated from Digital Witch IT Support Training School, where I gained hands-on experience with modern IT tools that power remote work and customer success. I’m skilled in CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Freshdesk, as well as communication and project management tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Trello. I also use lead generation and automation tools like Lemlist, Apollo.io and Zapier respectively, to streamline workflows and improve business results.
