A B'pharm by qualification from a well reputed private college of Bangalore, INDIA which can now boast off becoming a deemed university. I started off my career with pharma sales and eventually moved on to medical equipments. In a career spanning over 11 years I have worked in diversed business units in diversed locations which has deeply enhanced my business acumen. I had the opportunity of working with MNCs of global repute, distribution house and currently an Indian start-up in healthcare space.
I am poised and rational in my business approaches, meticulous in planning and implementing business strategies with a "Roll-up-sleeve" attitude with a transparency in my thought process. Success and failures are a part of sales personnel's career graph, so is mine, with mostly successes. I look at failures as a scope for improvement.
New product launch, channel partner management, key account management, communication are some of my key strengths. I look at team management, budgeting and forecasting as my areas of improvement moving forward. I have a flair for digital marketing and content writing which I see as skills which will be very vital in coming years. I shall take up a course soon.
