I am a graduate in Communicative English and also did a PG Diploma Certificate course in Airport Ground Services. I have almost 5years of experience in customer service industry working in different fields including Aviation, HR Recruitment, Academics and Finance. My work experiences gave me international exposure, that helped me in improving my skills of communication and to meet and greet people from all over the world. I have basic computer knowledge that includes proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel. My English language skills can be used for data entry, customer service or virtual assistant jobs.
