Hello! My name is Avtarsingh and I am from Gujarat, India. Currently, I am working as a customer service representative, nearly for Two years now, at Etech Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. India. This is a third party payroll process for Verizon wireless, USA. Where I engage chats to prospective customers to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered. Quote prices and encourage customers to buy through chat and email using different tools such as Live Engage, OMNI, Slack, Jabbar and Optix. 

I want to work in an environment which encourages me to grow professionally where I can utilise my skills and knowledge as per the need of an organization. No time barrier and ready to learn new things to develop myself as per my responsibility in the job.
