As a bilingual International Business graduate, I have a passion for working in multicultural and diverse professional environments with like-minded individuals.

I have experience in recruiting, hospitality management, as well as customer service. In my most recent role as a Dental Appointment Setter, I spearheaded the opening of the lead-acquisition department, resulting in a substantial increase in leads contacted. I also routinely scheduled high-dollar dental cases with the highest attendance rate in the company. I represented numerous dental offices across the U.S., obtaining multiple high-dollar dental cases for our clients. Additionally, I provided coaching, mentoring, and training to new and current staff on the GoHighLevel platform. I was also responsible for all contact with the Spanish-speaking market as the only bilingual staff member.
