I've learned how to multitask and commit to things that the company or an organization requires me to accomplish. I am open to colleagues' opinion, which will benefit me as an employee and an individual. Working with other individuals is not an issue for me and I'm easy to get along with as well.
This is the perfect time for me to shift to home based employee cause it gives me leverage on spending time with my family and doing other tasks that will give me positive effects it terms of balancing life work and family. To where I'm employed, it takes me almost six hours just for the travel time alone, plus the transportation allowance that is allocated to it coming from my own pocket.
