I am a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Support professional with a background in client relations, communication, and social media management. With a B.A in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and several years of experience working directly with customers across different industries, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of how to create positive customer experiences.

Currently, I work as an Account Manager at GIL Automations, where I interface with clients daily, handle inquiries, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. My role has strengthened my ability to listen attentively, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain professionalism in all forms of communication. Prior to this, I worked as a Social Media Marketer at Ficus Africa, where I managed customer engagement through digital platforms, and as an Assistant at Property Transact, where I supported both internal teams and external clients. I also completed my NYSC at the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), gaining confidence in communication and presentation.

I am proficient in using essential tools such as Gmail, WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct Messaging, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, and Canva. I am also comfortable learning new platforms quickly, making me adaptable to different company systems. My strong internet connection, UPS backup system, and flexible schedule ensure that I can reliably deliver high-quality remote support without disruptions.
