Recently, I have worked as a Data Encoder and Transactions Coordinator in a Real Estate company (home-based) which challenged me to meet deadlines and keep errors to a minimum while maintaining speed. Prior to working home-based, I have worked in a call center for over 6 years where I started as a Technical/Customer Service Representative for over 3 years. With the said role, I have developed my skills in dealing with different types of people, learn how to manage my patience, handling demands, entering data and learning different types of tools. After showing my team and the company with my good performance, they have offered me to apply for a back office post as a Workforce Resource Planning specialist and stayed with the team for 3 years. My previous experience with this role has sharpened my ability to analyze and organize data, communicate with high level people in the company and be better with decision making.
