I've been a customer service representative for 4+ years both for a vpice and non-voice account, I started working as a customer service representative way back 2013 and until the present year until I decided to leave my corporare job and join homebase as a freelancer. I am very optimistic,easy to work with and I love challenges amd interaction when it comes to my workplace I am proud to say that during my firsr year in the BPO industry I got promoted as a product trainer for my previous account (Verizon Fios) I am confident that due to my experience in customer service am capable of helping the company to provide the best custoner service experience.
