Moreover, I have also worked as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter for Real Estate. My main function is to set appointments to view or list properties for sale. My Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle. As an appointment setter before, I was partnered with an Investor and a Realtor. Mostly, I do circle prospecting but focus on sellers. I call homeowners and ask them if they are interested to sell. For investors, we are looking for distressed properties where my client can flip the property.

Additionally, I have also gone through intensive training where I learned objection handling, dialers, and CRM management like Brivity CRM, Top Producer, and dialers like Batch Dialer, Mojo, and Call Tools. I also learned about transaction coordination and Social Media Management. I can create a posting from scratch as I know how to edit photos and videos and am also resourceful in the things that I needed.

I've been to a BPO Company where I have handled banking accounts where we check customers' finances and give credit. I've been part of an online selling account where we make listing appealing, how to optimize search capabilities, track shipped items, and send emails to the customers.

Lastly, I also handled sales account for hotel reservations where we up-sell rooms and brands to the customers. Most of the time, we gather information and convert each data that we have into sales.

I also taught English to international students where I expand my knowledge in communication and different approaches to people I deal with.

Moreover, being a graduate of B.S. Development Communication major in Community Broadcasting holds my knowledge in editing audio, video, and pictures as well. Lay-outing is one of the things that I usually do along with writing articles and processing documents for us to publish.
