Atticus Frank

Hello, my name is Atticus, and I am an American IT professional. I am fluent in both English and German, and proficient in Norwegian. I would describe myself as highly adaptable and as someone who enjoys learning independently. I can handle any situation or task that I am presented with and succeed. Regarding education, I graduated with an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Aiken Technical College in South Carolina. My degree primarily focused on networking, Windows systems administration and application development. Currently, I am pursuing another degree in psychology in Warsaw, Poland. My studies are quite flexible, so I can work 40 hours per week without issue. My degrees in IT and psychology have taught me a great deal about data analysis, problem solving, human behavior, and critical thinking. I am a hard, self-starting worker and look forward to any opportunities that I am presented with. I have a wide variety of both soft and hard skills, and the roles I have worked in over the years have incorporated a variety of skills from other fields, such as customer service, social media management, sales, data entry, cloud management, recruiting, and employee onboarding. Additionally, I am proficient in web development, PowerShell and most common software such as ServiceNow, Zendesk and Microsoft Suite (especially Excel). I also have several years of experience with MECM and Azure. Lastly, I am open to working in all time zones and will be a model employee.
