I've been working as a Customer Service Representative for more than 6 years now. I have also worked as a data entry analyst, I have received multiple awards for being a top-performing agent which would be one of the greatest achievements I got. I am willing to be trained, I would love to work for a long-term position, I can do multitasking with less supervision and I am looking for a part-time or long-term job for I know I am very dedicated and a goal-oriented individual.

Over the course of my career, I was able to gain skills which are Basic and Advance Technical Trouble Shooting, Sales and Billing, Shipment Tracking, Order Taking, Retail Store Inventory Refreshing and Dealing with Customers wanting to place an order online and in store.
