I have about a year of experience in customer service and administrative support, and during that time, I’ve been able to build a solid foundation of skills that I’m excited to continue developing. While I’m still at the beginning of my career journey, I bring a strong sense of responsibility, a genuine willingness to learn, and a real passion for supporting others—whether that’s through clear communication or organized behind-the-scenes work.
My first experience in an administrative role was back in college when I worked as an assistant to the school registrar. That was where I learned the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and keeping things well-organized. I helped manage student records, handled filing tasks, and supported day-to-day office operations. Even though it was my first time working in an official capacity, I quickly got used to taking initiative and managing tasks independently.
After that, I worked as a Customer Service Associate, where I handled a high volume of calls and responded to various customer inquiries. That experience gave me confidence in my communication skills and taught me how to stay calm and patient under pressure. I enjoyed helping customers and finding the best possible solutions to their concerns. I learned that a friendly tone and a good attitude can make a big difference in someone’s day.
I also had the chance to work as a Bookkeeper, where I assisted in organizing documents and keeping records updated and accurate. It helped me sharpen my attention to detail and become more comfortable with repetitive but important tasks. Every small responsibility taught me something about being thorough, dependable, and focused.
While I may not have many years of experience yet, I’ve always been known for being reliable, punctual, and eager to do my best. I’m also confident in my English skills, with a C2 proficiency level that allows me to communicate clearly, both in writing and conversation.
More than anything, I’m excited to keep learning and growing. I’m open to training, feedback, and new challenges because I know they will help me improve and become more valuable to the team. I’d love the chance to be part of a company where I can contribute in a meaningful way, continue building my skills, and support the team however I can.
