Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate with clients to define necessary requirements for open roles
  • Send recruiting emails to passive candidates about the hiring status
  • Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
  • Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
  • Advertise open positions to external networks
  • Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data (e.g. in our ATS)
  • Attend job fairs and organize career events
  • Keep in touch with past applicants
  • Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Experience in Technical recruitment or translation/localization recruitment.
  • Consistent track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing talent for roles at all levels.

Qualification:

·         I have done my Bachelor in Software engineering and Master in Human Resource management.

·         4 years US based recruiting experience including PASSIVE and ACTIVE sourcing.

·         Experience in traditional full cycle recruitment and methodologies required.

·         Experience in staffing agency recruitment and methodologies

·         Experience in ATS (XohoRecruit, Catsone, and Bullhorn).

·         Use job boards including CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
