My responsibilities include;
Ensure Hardware, Software, and Network operations are efficient & Trouble free • Ensure internal and external E-mails are working properly • Managing User accounts using Active Directory • Outlook configuration/troubleshooting Exchange/POP/SMTP • Improve the dealer software usage level • Ensure dealer software’s are available to all users • Regularly provide either on-site or remote support to end users • Analyze and Plan for hardware & Software upgrades if necessary • Analyze system related problems & solve them at the earliest • Interact with other departments and users to clarify their doubts • Managing and monitoring Cyberoam Firewall • Ensure latest Anti-Virus updates are available in all systems & try to establish automatic updates if possible • Also responsible for supervision of backup and disaster recovery operations. • Maintain infrastructure & LAN network • Troubleshooting LAN related issues • Ensure & troubleshoot Broadband connectivity in co-ordination with BSNL and RELIANCE • Ensure Wi-Fi connectivity • Remote support for branches via Ammy Admin & Team viewer • Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills • Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking • Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software • Report to the Director & General Manager • Communicate unresolved hardware & software problems to Head Office or Service providers to get it rectified • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management time to time
