I am a graduate of Science. I have 25 years of experience in customer support, marketing, and sales.
While working with HP, I got the opportunity to work as a Quality Analyst wherein I used to monitor calls of agents and give constructive feedback.
This has enabled me to be comfortable with excel and report generation, presentataion. I have been adjudged best call centre agent in the year 2003 and best customer satisfaction scorer in the last quarter of 2006.
I am good at typing and passionate to do admin jobs. So, I do carry an experience of 2 years by working with a pharma distributor as a Data Entry specialist.
I have learnt the significance of value addition during my tenure as customer support and so have the patience and ability to retain the customer.
