I love people, am very familiar with Microsoft Office 365, have a BA in Communications where I carry excellent written and verbal skills, and am currently a freelance Health Coach with adequate remote set up. I am very well-versed in finding satisfaction in supporting a team and being the behind-the-scenes support dealing with high-volume confidences, communications, and detailed projects using my trusted judgments.
I spent two years at the well-known Bose Corporation supporting the Executive Vice-President of the Research Department as well as Senior-Level Managers and Directors. Research is the "Heart of Bose," as we would say, and had recently undergone a very extensive department reorganization, putting me to work in a very fast-paced environment resulting in my ability to quickly re-prioritize tasks as they came in. Due to this, the EVP relied very heavily on me to suggest solutions to what he wanted to have done and expected me to figure out the best, most creative way to do so, while also collaborating with the Operations Manager when needed. Him, and my other high-level managers/directors I supported, always went by an "I don't need to know how, I just want to see the result(s)" mentality - essentially trusting me early on that I would deliver what they were searching for without holding my hand, and I always did.
Calendar management/scheduling, organization, and developing trusting relationships were at the forefront of these positions, as well as being responsible for keeping company culture and values alive. I am self-disciplined, detail oriented, eager and experienced to perform any job function above and beyond and would love to prove my work by producing passionate results. I look forward to speaking with you, thank you for your time.
