My job responsibilities are resolving members inquiries as it regards to the orders they have placed on the platform e.g: tracking orders, replacements, refunds and also a little technical whereas if the member is having an issue paying for the item or getting a checkout error, I would assist in doing some troubleshooting steps. I have accomplished many things at that company, it taught me how to be patient, how to emphasize with my members, great listening skills, positive positioning bad news to members etc. With learning all that and more, I made a great impact on the company with how I handle all my calls and how I deal with irate and frustrated members by using my empathy statements, listening and most importantly building rapport with my members making the call as conversational as possible instead of being transactional.
