I believe that my thrill for new learning experiences, combined with my good communication skills and ability to work in a wide variety of situations will help me to meet your requirements. I can be relied upon and deal professionally with any situation that may arise at any time. My present achievements are CXC/CSEC in English A, Mathematics, EDPM, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and a Heart Trust NTA certificate in Cosmetology Level 1.

Prior to my work experiences at Sutherland and Startek, I have gained confidence working with a team and also learned numerous techniques that will help me when communicating customers. I am able to work under pressure while staying calm and able to defuse situations. I am widely regarded as someone who provide a professional and reliable service.
