•Strategic Planning – Plan, develop and deliver company’s strategies for operations (Project commencement, execution, delivery), Human Resource, Team management. Defining quality parameters.
•Team Management – Handling the team which includes Project Manager, Process Managers, Supervisors and Interviewers. Monitoring the workflow activities, ensuring the monthly performance team to be circulated on the floor. Finalize motivation factors for the team, 1 on 1 briefing with the team. Identify top performers and non performers. Take 1 on 1 session with non performers and indentify loop holes. Rewards and recognition, Appraisal of the team members. Oversee personal development planning process including communication skills - Soft Skills Training and improving secondary skills, also the team training, maintained level of motivation with the team and final recruitment.
•Project Management - Coordinating research operation. Manage project from commencement till delivery. Monitor day to day activities of the company. Manage day-to-day project-related inquiries, ensuring timely response and insight. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task when working towards deadlines. Oversee internal and external vendor activities including data collection.
•Project Delivery – Directed and managed project development from commencement till end. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas if required. Proactively managed changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Identifying and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Also, Identifying and manage project dependencies and critical path. Ensuring competitive quality and authentic data delivery to the client by following defined quality parameters.
