I am a highly experienced and detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist with over four years of hands-on experience working with US-based healthcare providers through medical billing companies in Pakistan. I specialize in complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including patient demographics, eligibility and insurance verification, charge entry, claims submission, denial resolution, AR follow-up, and payment posting. My primary goal is to help healthcare providers streamline their billing operations and improve cash flow through accurate and timely claim processing.

Currently, I serve as an RCM Supervisor at Itric MD (Feb 2025 – Present), where I lead a team of billing professionals managing the full RCM process. I am responsible for overseeing daily operations such as verifying insurance coverage, processing prior authorizations, charge entry, handling denials, and managing credentialing. I also ensure that our billing practices are fully compliant with HIPAA regulations and aligned with payer requirements.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Medical Billing Executive at CSPM Pvt. Ltd. from May 2021 to February 2025. There, I gained extensive experience in full-cycle billing, claim follow-ups, denial management, and payment posting. I played a key role in improving claim acceptance rates and reducing turnaround times for reimbursements. I also coordinated with team members and supported training for new billing staff.

My professional journey started in 2020 as a Customer Service Representative at LIC BPO, where I developed strong communication and customer support skills in a fast-paced environment.
