Summary
I've been working in the call center industry for quite a while now and the reason i'm still doing this is because i
believe most of the companies are majorly relying on sales and customer service and in today's busy world,
everything is done over the phone. So basically, it's a huge industry once you choose to step in with areas to
explore like sales, customer service, quality, training and development and a lot more. You make money for the
amount of effort you're putting in it, not more, not less.
I'm currently freelancing, working remotely to be specific although i have worked with some big sharks in the pool
for a few years of my life. I'm young and energetic and I'm looking foward to step in an employee friendly
organisation where work done is appreciated an I'm sure you need someone who's dedicated towards the
assigned task.
And yes, i'm fun to be around, trust me on that!
