I've been working in the call center industry for quite a while now and the reason i'm still doing this is because i believe most of the companies are majorly relying on sales and customer service and in today's busy world, everything is done over the phone. So basically, it's a huge industry once you choose to step in with areas to explore like sales, customer service, quality, training and development and a lot more. You make money for the amount of effort you're putting in it, not more, not less.

I'm currently freelancing, working remotely to be specific although i have worked with some big sharks in the pool for a few years of my life. I've also worked on a limousine dispatch project which was totally based on emails and phone calls including work like responding to customer's requests on the earliest, getting the most economical quote for them, preparing the contract, having it signed by both parties, securing a deposit and keeping track of the customer's ongoing trip on the event day. Other than that i've worked on appointment setting projects that included technician appointments, and doctor appointments.

I'm young and energetic and I'm looking forward to step in an employee friendly atmosphere where work done is appreciated an I'm sure you need someone who's dedicated towards the assigned task. Over the years I've sketched a fine line between 'getting paid' and 'earning' and I like to stay on the 'earning' side of it. Work with me and my work will speak for itself.
