I was a Customer Support Representative before and I used to manage a large number of incoming phone calls to help our customers with their issues and complaints also I managed live chat and emails at the same time. Then I worked as a Freelancer Virtual Assistant in a dropshipping company mainly checking the status of the shipment, informing the customers, and answering their emails with regard to their concerns, I also did lead generation looking for influencers to promote the products. I'm working now as a Social Media Buyer/Marketing Coordinator for their TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, & Facebook Ads. I was the one who's uploading the videos coming from our influencers, creating a strategy to make our ads work well, and managed the video ads budget and return on ad spend
