I have been working in the field of Technical Support for more than ten years, leveling up from the front-line voice and chat support to working as a product specialist, subject matter expert, and eventually as a Tier 3 Solutions Engineer that interacts with the product engineers and developers, to fix customer issues quickly.

When it comes to technology, I am highly versed and is a geek on the latest trends in phones, computer hardware, operating systems, wearables, and related subjects. I also use all sorts of operating systems, including but not limited to the Windows systems, MacOS, and the UNIX/Linux variants on a regular basis as part of my job, and also as a way to learn new things every day. The use not only allows me to explore the UI, but also extends to PowerShell or the terminal, if the need arises.

My technical capabilities are not only limited to the use of software. I have background knowledge in coding and designing, so I am able to understand high level codes like PHP, SQL, Java, JavaScript, C and the likes. As part of my current job, we also run codes and evaluate debugging information and submit change recommendations to the developers, so it is essential that we understand how the code works.

Networking is one of my highly touted skills due to not only actual network deployment, but also with the experience with troubleshooting a good number of issues across the seven layers of the OSI model.

Apart from building much of my skills in tech, my experience also helped me gain familiarity with practical problem solving and process improvement to make my job easier. I am an expert in voice and chat or email communications with customers (in English) as part of my current job. Through different training sessions and assessments, I have earned various certifications help provide exceptional support to our field support, enterprise users and IT technicians.
