I started my BPO career way back in 2011 as a customer service agent for AT&T. My team caters to the large businesses for their mobile accounts. My tasks also includes Tier 1 technical support, Sales, and client retention.
After 2 years, I became a profile reviewer for a then start-up company which assists households in hiring caretakers for their home and kids. We also screen applicants based on their profile contents. Basically, we make sure that all profiles are not security-risk. This was a seasonal type of account which lasted 3 months.
Then, I became an Entertainment Media Analyst for an L.A.-based firm. Primarily, I collate and summarize all online articles on certain films under our major studio clients (e.g. Disney, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros., etc.) so they can project its box office earnings.
On January 2015, I became a email support specialist for a start-up telecommunications company in the US which uses CDMA technology. This also includes technical support, Sales, and customer retention.
In August 2018, I did data entry for a start-up freight loading company. It is like Uber but made primarily for trucking services. I make sure that shipments are being tracked using different apps and websites. I also schedule pick-up and deliveries via online portals and via phone and email. I have been the main appointment setter for 6 months.
In August 2019, I did data entry for a property inspector. Tasks includes research and dropbox handling.
Currently, I am a part time VA for a medical consultancy firm.
