Arnulfo Jr Abanes

I have been with the BPO industry for a little over a decade now (more than 10 years).

My first BPO employer for almost 7 years purely customer service was with eBay, an online Marketplace. This is where i am equipped with customer service skills via phones, emails, and chat.

Then, my second employer is JPMorgan Chase & Co a US Financial Bank Account Institution for over 4 years now.

I am the 6th child in our family and I consider myself as a family-oriented person. I am a breadwinner who have always been supporting my family especially my stroke patient mother and our youngest sister.

I am a very optimistic person, soft spoken and accomodating. I am also a type of a person who is very dedicated and loyal in everything that I do. I am a good team player, results-oriented and Im always willing to explore new things and adventures. I also love to explore new places and discover new things. I enjoy going to beaches, mountains or anywhere I could spend my time freely to unwind and think.

Right now, I only visit places within the province because I want to personally experience on how it is going to be when you travel. I want to prepare myself so that by the time comes that I get to visit other places outside the province, I would exactly know what to do. And just last year, my friends and I have talked about going to Siargao or Palawan for our 5th year work anniversary with the firm and I am

kinda excited about it because I have never visited both. It is something that I look forward to and aside from that, i also plan to have my first ever International trip basically just around Asia like Thailand, Hongkong Disneyland, Taiwan, and etc. That’s why I need to work harder and save at the same time so that I will be able to fullfill one of my childhood dreams which is to travel internationally.

I also love to sing and dance. I usually spend my free time with my mini bluetooth karaoke speaker usually every weekends since my rest days are every Saturdays and Sundays. I also enjoy watching and uploading videos on Tiktok for entertainment purposes.
