I bring over 20 years of progressive experience across IT support, operations, sales, training, HR, and project coordination. My current role at On Demand / Skynet Worldwide involves Systems Administration, HR support, and Training & Induction. I train new controllers and drivers, provide desktop and systems support, manage tech procurement, and analyze performance data across six regions. I also handle key HR functions including hearing preparations and staff rehabilitation plans, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Previously at Fastway Couriers, I held a hybrid role in Sales and Web Desk Support. My duties included client onboarding, technical support, printer installations, and training on web and e-commerce platforms. I also served as a liaison between departments and corporate clients, ensuring service excellence.

My project coordination experience at Xihlamariso Logistics involved budgeting, import/export facilitation, timeline management, and regular project reporting. I have a proven ability to troubleshoot issues and ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget.

At Ideal Prepaid, I worked both as a Key Account Manager and a Service Desk Manager. I managed high-value clients, conducted data reconciliations, identified system risks, trained new consultants, and handled escalations and night operations. I was also involved in the importation of prepaid meters.

Earlier roles at A.D. Spitz, Tsepa Consulting, and Steers further developed my capabilities in team leadership, retail and service operations, sales, IT supervision, and administration. My foundation in logistics and customer service was built early on at Qualcon Security, where I managed logistics and staffing coordination.

My technical proficiency includes SAP, Autodesk, CRM platforms, and advanced desktop support.
