Arnie B. Rivera

Hi there! My name is Arnie Rivera, 41 years old, from Cavite, Philippines. I’m a mother of four and a full-time housewife. I used to work as an Office Staff for more than 10 years. And in my previous job, I mostly do clerical duties like providing admin and secretarial work to the Director and the technical staff: 

• Like managing the weekly and monthly schedule of the Director’s office. 
• Maintaining and updating the files of the office
• Managing the incoming and outgoing communications of the office using the Document Tracking System. 
• Managing the email inbox of the office
• Answering phone calls and transferring them to the proper person or office.
• Encoding/Drafting memos and reports.
• Creating presentations using Powerpoint
• And other admin tasks needed for the smooth operation of the office
