I started as a sales representative, upselling phones and products for a telecommunications company based in the USA and was awarded top 2 agent. Then i became a technical support for Australia's biggest Internet Service Provider, helping customers fix internet and phone related issues as well as upsell company products. During this time, I was a candidate for promotion with only under 6 months worked. Due to pandemic, I went home and was given a work from home job supporting the biggest food delivery service in the USA. My main roles were supporting customers resolve order related issues, account related concerns and refunds. Within 6 months, I was promoted to Team Lead position. As a Team Lead, I was able to support teams that dealt with consumers, drivers, and merchants/stores.
All my one ups never had a problem with me when it comes to reliabilty, performance and all that good stuff. I can easily learn and adapt and require little to no supervision. I have respect to people and very easy to get with.
I have a special love for online games and internet since this allowed me to connect with my friends and family and just have fun and enjoy life.
