As an Operations Manager with my previous Company, my responsibilities include day-to-day administration of all internal operations. Prepares long and short-range budgets and work plans. Monitors adherence of the telco to approved budgets and work plans. Evaluates new technologies and service offerings. I also sell In-building systems and solutions, IT products, and Electrical Components. Before I switch to Operations Manager in telecom services, I used to be a sales and customer service specialist for less than a decade before I was promoted to Team Leader in the Call center industry. As a Team Leader, my job is to overseas team performance and motivates them to do their job efficiently. Provide daily goals, and develop reward systems for productivity that motivate new hires and tenured agents.
