From the early days of law school, surrounded by a pile of books in the field of philosophy of law and
sociology of law until my senior days in law and becoming an expert in e-commerce law, business law,
and commercial advertising law, I was looking for a challenge to test what I had learned. I am very
interested in constantly discovering and have a strong desire to learn and am not afraid to throw myself
into new experiences.

In the master's course in communication law at Allameh Tabatabai
University, while taking classes on media law, human rights, and
intellectual property rights, I focused on law and art. I held professional
meetings on art and law with scientific associations within the
university.
While writing several articles about advertising rights, advertising audience
rights and privacy, and online advertising, I wrote my dissertation on the
prohibitions and limitations of advertising rights in Iran.
In this thesis, the prohibitions and restrictions on advertising in Iran were
examined in various ways and all the codes were interpreted. In this process,
I became more involved with medicine, tobacco, cosmetics, food, and
children's rights advertisements.
Finally, I defended my thesis with a score of 20 and maintained the
first rank in all semesters.
Also, I was not only ranked among my classmates, but among all
communication law students in the university, I also remained ranked 1.
Building a legal community with a plurality and diversity of people
from lawyers and university professors to judges and law students was
one of the achievements of this course.

In the law course at Allameh Tabatabai University, I was more interested in
following the philosophy of law and debates related to the quality of
legislation. I also published some short articles in the fields of media law and
environmental law in university journals.

Legal Specialist
The field of tobacco has always been an interesting topic for me to research
and study. I dedicated parts of my dissertation to advertising bans
related to the tobacco industry and wrote articles in this area. Working
in this company allowed me to work practically in the tobacco industry.
As part of my responsibilities in the team, I was responsible for preparing
and adjusting head office contracts in a bilingual form, preparing bills
and defenses related to the labor department, and following up and
defending cases in front of labor authorities. Additionally, I monitored files
related to the labor cases in the team and prepared documents related
to the notary public.

After academic experience and research about medical law and
pharmaceutical law, Adora Teb gave me the opportunity to work
practically in the field of pharmaceutical law. Drafting specialized
