I started from the very basic of my professional career as data encoder in publishing company that was 14 years ago. Encoding data from the manuscript provided by our writers in preparation of the latest edition of our news magazine as a source of trend in social community, because that time online social media, Facebook wasn't rise yet.

Year 2010 when I step up on BPO company as outbound sales agent, customer service job and that was office based for 5 years. After that I was end up commuting on my 6 days a week working schedule because I was hired inside my comfort of my own home as customer support in Autoglass replacement /repair and many other freelance job project.

I'm a goal oriented person, a fast learner and multi tasking to minimize time consume in delivering good quality of service.
