I am a former accountant and internal auditor with extensive experience in the banking industry. I handled various bank operations audit related to the following processes - cash and check operations, consumer and commercial loans, HRG payroll and benefits, treasury and investment department, admin and general services department and other retail and corporate transactions.

As a branch accountant, I was not only responsible for financial records and reports, but also worked closely with customers who had complex concerns regarding their account history. My back-end system knowledge helped me explain situations that frontliners sometimes couldn’t. This experience sharpened my problem-solving and communication skills.

As a bank auditor, I was assigned to audit different units and branches. This gave me broad exposure to operational processes and required me to communicate regularly with auditees and management. I addressed their concerns and provided clear, practical recommendations. This helped me build confidence in managing professional conversations and handling sensitive issues constructively.

In 2024, I started upgrading my skills through online learning. I studied email copywriting and digital marketing. Although I don’t have formal work experience in these areas yet. I also studied bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and part of MYOB. 

Recently, I also gained experience working as a Customer Service Representative for a telecommunications account (US based). I supported customers over the phone and used tools like Citrix and Samson for account and billing concerns. Even before that, I was already handling customer inquiries in my accounting roles at the bank.

I am currently looking for remote work opportunities in areas such as customer support, admin assistance, bookkeeping, email marketing, and transcription jobs. I am open to learning new tools and systems and I can type accurately and efficiently.

I am reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in handling tasks. I value clear communication, continuous learning, and getting the job done right. While I may be transitioning into some new fields, I bring with me a strong work ethic, real-world experience, and a commitment to doing my best.
