I’m a Marketing-Operations professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience across digital marketing, e-commerce, and client strategy. I’ve worked in fast-paced agencies, early-stage startups, and with large enterprises — managing accounts, launching campaigns, building systems, and helping brands grow through data-backed decisions and operational clarity.

Over the years, I’ve worked across industries like FMCG, SaaS, EdTech, Beauty, Fashion, Cybersecurity, and Automotive, giving me a deep understanding of varied audience behaviors, performance channels, and platform dynamics. Whether it's building out Shopify stores, running ads on Meta and Google, implementing HubSpot automation, or refining dashboards for marketing attribution — I’ve been at the intersection of strategy and execution.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with notable names like ITC, Nykaa, UpGrad, Master's Union, Hamleys, and Gupshup, and I’ve also helped early-stage D2C brands scale their operations from zero to thousands of orders per month. One of my proudest projects was launching ITC’s Local Shops program across 7 cities on Amazon — a massive operational challenge that I led end-to-end, resulting in ₹90,000+ daily revenue from each warehouse.

My previous role at a HubSpot Diamond Partner agency further strengthened my marketing automation chops. I led multiple CMS and CRM projects, ran client QBRs, trained internal teams, and served as the go-to person for client strategy, delivery alignment, and quality control. I thrive when I’m solving problems — whether it’s optimizing a funnel, untangling workflows, or bringing cross-functional teams into sync.

Recently, I’ve also been diving into AI-enabled automation tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n — experimenting with workflows that integrate AI agents into marketing ops routines. I believe modern marketers need to be as comfortable with no-code tools as they are with campaign metrics.

Above all, I enjoy building structure out of chaos — making marketing efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
