v An effective Health Safety Environment (HSE) Coach possessing good communication skills both written and oral in English, combined with proven organizational, administrative and leadership abilities. Qualifications and abilities gained through significant Occupational Safety and Health experience in the upstream Oil and Gas industry.

v Possess constant desire to equip myself with new skills and knowledge on current trends and practices regarding Occupational Health and Safety policies and programs.

v Provide effective coaching for site Safety Officers. 

v Lead Incident Investigations to capture Root Causes/ Analyses, provide reports, and develop Safety Alerts for IEC across all work sites.

v Experiences gained from Early Works, Commissioning, and from Drilling Operations to Well Completion Services.

v Manage, perform, monitor, implement programs and KPIs on Occupational Safety & Health such as Trainings/ Safety Audits, Accident /Injury and Illness, Emergency Response, and other HSE deliverables of the facility as per API, OSHA, BS LOLER, ISO Standards
