I am currently a Key accounts representative for an American automotive parts Ecommerce company, who provide after-sales and customer support to wholesale distributors. Before this, I've been their Order processing specialist/customer support in Australia since 2017. My great attention to details, ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision and the passion to provide optimum customer support paved the way to lasting work relationships with clients through BPO companies.

I am keen to pursue my career as a freelancer, and to grow professionally and financially. As a mother of two and my family's breadwinner, I intend to provide which correlate to, contributing success to the company that I'm working with.
