I was once a Customer Service Representative and Sales Agent at 1-800 flowers.com and Comcast for about a year and a Subject Matter Expert and Customer Service Representative at the same time at Walmart for 2 years. I have handled Medicare/ACA Under 65 as well in my previous campaigns. Medicare for less than a year and ACA for 5 months. Dialing in Genesys for 2 months already with ACA campaign. So, all over I worked in BPO industry for more than 4 years. My recent job was a Virtual Assistant in a role of Social Media Manager, so I handle social media accounts to increase followers, likes, views, driving sales and drive engagement. We do admin task as well to track records and progress on each account since I'm handling 10 Instagram accounts.
