I used to be an Overseas Filipino Worker in Singapore for about 6 years as frontline staff in a flower shop, then I decided to go back to the Philippines and look for a job in the BPO industry. I worked in Concentrix Services for almost 2 years and was dedicated to my work to meet my full potential. My primary role is to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution I am aware that customer service is one of the drive-ins making a successful company. We mirror the companies name and I am proud I do the job well. My goal is to make them end the call smiling and satisfied customers.
