I have 8 years of experience in the BPO industry. I have been a collection specialist for a Auto Financing bank and we were calling customers that has past dues on their account. It was a very challenging job because you need to still provide good customer service while you are collecting to the customers. It really molded me to be professional and patient on hard customers. I also handled some TELCO account that molded my my skills in multi-tasking and upselling. I also have experience in Technical Support. We used to monitor the condition of clients computer until it is totally fixed. This molded my case handling and ownership skill. My most recent job was an Admin Support for a travel agency in Australia. This teaches me the uses of Spreadsheets and MS Office apps, since we usually are working from it. The job enhances my focus and my attention to details.
