Arah Merlyn Galindez

I am Arah Merlyn P. Galindez. I am a seasoned psychometrician. I have been in human resources, school writing, business operations, and sales. My career has been established on a solid psychology background. This has enabled me to perform well at work where individuals are involved. It has also enabled me to understand more about how individuals behave at work.

I started my professional career in the BPO industry, where I've been employed at TaskUs for over three years. I was a Sales Development Representative, wherein I identified new leads, established relationships with new customers, and contributed towards generating sales. I was subsequently promoted to People Advocate, wherein I assisted in maintaining the motivation of employees, performed performance evaluations, coached, and resolved conflicts. I performed performance evaluations, worked with team leaders to establish employee goals, and assisted in the identification of training and development requirements. I acquired competencies in communication, employee relations, and HR documentation.

Besides my business career, I also worked as an academic writer. I am an independent academic writer and have done numerous types of papers, such as essays, case studies, and research papers, on numerous topics. I am most content whenever I get to conduct good research, adhere to academic standards, and deliver clear content in a timely manner. In this work, I acquired my writing, thinking, and time management skills.

I began selling online by creating my own shop in Shopee. I did it all, such as posting products, attending to customers, shipping orders, and promotions. I learned that you must be flexible, disciplined, and keep track when selling and communicating with customers. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and fundamental SEO. I am fluent in simple English and Filipino and can work as an individual or in a team. As others say, I am detail-oriented, responsible, and a fast learner.

What distinguishes me is my business, corporate HR, creative writing, business, and psychology background. My passion is bridging new systems and tools, and I am always looking forward to learning new ways to help a business to thrive with its people and processes.
