I’m a dedicated customer service professional with experience in managing guest relations and solving problems across different industries, including the cruise industry, e-commerce, and hospitality. My focus has always been on making sure customers have the best experience possible, whether they’re on a cruise, booking a stay, or using a service like Uber.
In my recent role as a Shoreside Cruise Representative with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd, I was responsible for making sure guests had a great experience while onboard. I handled everything from everyday customer questions to more serious complaints, always aiming to resolve issues quickly and make guests feel valued. My goal was to create a welcoming environment where every passenger felt heard and cared for, and I worked hard to ensure that their experiences exceeded expectations.
Before that, I worked with Airbnb and Uber, where I focused on helping customers with more complicated issues. Whether it was a service problem or a misunderstanding, I worked to find quick solutions that kept customers happy and loyal. I was also responsible for training and supporting customer service teams to make sure they were ready to handle any situation that came their way. I enjoy coaching and sharing what I know to help others improve and perform at their best.
What I do best is solve problems and make sure customers get the help they need. I’m a great listener and pay close attention to details, which helps me figure out what’s going wrong and how to fix it.
