I've been in this profession for almost nine years. Working with different companies both small and big organization. I've been to a different accounts as a technical support professional and billing and retention. Each of this accounts have different experiences that I treasure the most but all in all it all boils down to customer service. For me we are not just an agent but we are here to assist customers/clients to help them out and somehow to make them feel better.This is not just a job but a profession.
