I started my career journey as a cashier in both hospital and food service setting. This gave me a solid foundation in customer service, handling transactions and managing patient and relative interaction in a fast paced environments. Transitioning to a work from home as a Cold Caller for Medicare Campaign, my job is to pre-qualify, verify information and transferred qualified leads to licensed agent. This help me understand sales process and customer qualification. Then the latest job that I got was a recruitment Specialist for a Product Testers Program. I help recruit and onboard tester. I involved in guiding applicants through the process and maintaining their detailed record which required careful attention to details and excellent communications. I handled email for communication and managed various spreadsheet to track applicants statuses, coordinate payments and used Asana to track task and deadlines.
